Indiana – Dated March 24, 2024. The Indiana Department of Insurance has issued an extension in paying the premium for insurance in Delaware, Jefferson and Randolph counties (Impacted Areas) due to the recent tornadoes and severe storms on March 14, 2024. It is encouraged that insurers work to provide leniency to those in the Impacted Areas. This extension will expire on May 24, 2024, unless sooner terminated or extended.

Maryland – April 15, 2024. The Maryland Department of Insurance has requested that insurers make reasonable accommodations to assist anyone who has been impacted by the Key Bridge collapse, including providing premium payment grace periods to insureds who identify themselves as being impacted and providing additional assistance on a case-by-case basis.
